Topics will include: indigenous sexual cultures; sexuality and colonialism; inter-racial sexual relationships; the invention of heterosexuality; moral panics, prostitution, the regulation of sexual desire; and sexual subcultures. Age related changes in behaviour, thinking, emotions, personalities, and social relationships will be explored in relation to maturational processes, individual differences, and cultural expectations.
